Carol Deardorff is a full time real estate professional with over 15 years
experience representing buyers and sellers throughout all of the Desert
communities from Palm Springs to La Quinta. She holds many awards
for her real estate performance as a multi-million dollar producer. She
has ranked in the top 10% nationwide in sales for a national real
estate franchise and was awarded the impressive Summit Award.
Carol originally came to the desert from
Pennsylvania in 1986 to open the Marriott Desert Springs as a Concierge.
She was also instrumental in the opening of the Weston Mission Hills Hotel
as "Head Concierge." She gained much of her experience as
a travel agent and tour guide, taking groups of people all over the
world. Her past experience also includes having served as Executive
Bank Secretary to vice presidents in the mortgage division, working in
newspaper advertising and as a Home Furnishings Sales Associate and
Decorator.
She entered the real estate profession
while still in Pennsylvania
and returned to selling real estate in the desert over 13 years ago. Her
excellent communications skills and her dedication to assisting each and
every client throughout the entire transaction has contributed greatly to
her success. Carol is an active member of the National and California
Association of Realtors.
Aside from Real Estate, Carol takes
great pride in her family. Her son, John is a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep.
and her daughter Melissa, is the Director of Admissions and a Social
